Very simple this year - it’s all I can manage. It’s got all the basics - offering vessels, coins to pay the passage of the ancestors, some onyx, obsidian, jet, and black tourmaline, and poppies for those who served in war.
My mother accidentally sat a bag of salt water taffy she’d bought on the shrine not long after I’d put it up, and although she quickly removed it someone piped up “Hey - she can leave a few of those!" So that’s why the candy is there.
