‘Airspace’ - room to breath, and a breathing room.

Elemental colours - Pale yellow, dove grey, violet.
Clear quartz, celestite, hawk’s eye (blue tiger’s eye), blue and imperial topaz, golden rutilated quartz, citrine, and turquoise.

‘Spiral Dance’, Beltane 2013

Quartz, amethyst, ametrine, green moss agate, bloodstone, emerald, seraphinite, green garnet, green tourmaline, red garnet, rose quartz, rhodochrosite, ruby.

Some recent crafty shenanigans.

The first is the plaque to replace the Elvish one that ended up hanging downstairs. I like this one just as much. This is Irish for ‘Welcome In’, a more informal way of offering hospitality.

The second are some Air/Spring charms I’ve made, for something I’m working on. (Can’t talk about the working, but I can share the charms.) These are polymer clay and acrylic paint.  They’re largely in the colours for Air in my tradition of Wicca - yellow, dove grey, and violet. The rabbit is done from a mould of a pewter piece of my grandfather’s, and I was quite pleased with it.

Cat Matrix, April 2013

My older cat has been a bit off the last week; I thought I’d throw some stuff up for my boys. When I was choosing these stones, my younger cat came and sat with me. I figured they were good when he kept rolling on the pile and rubbing his face with them.

Clear quartz, green quartz, copper, turquoise, bloodstone, chrysocolla, lapis lazuli, and garnet.

Some more pictures of the lovely little things abiding at Witchs’ Cauldron Creations.

Get them while the getting is good - see my previous pile of pictures for more details.

Opportunity Knocks!

I plan on doing a graphic redesign on Witchs’ Cauldron Creations, very soon. When I do this, my prices (unfortunately) will be going up, in response to rising material and shipping costs.

But! You can take advantage of my laziness - if there’s something you like, get it now before the site comes down for its’ long-overdue facelift! As always, there’s lots of different things to be found, and all of them are one of a kind.

And if you don’t see what you’re looking for, consider commissioning a custom design. I am happy to work within a budget, and enjoy creating intuitive, spiritual pieces.

We all see what we want to see. But just because we don’t see something, doesn’t mean it’s not there.

Crow Shrine, April 2013.

I’ll have this shrine up a few days more, until the moon moves from Crow to Seed. What started storm-dark on the ides of March now shows a brighter eye to the world. I fly in my dreams - there, the world stands between the pillars of dawn and dusk.

Quartz crystals and tumbled stones, citrine, blue topaz, blue chalcedony,  green quartz, kyanite, copper, celestite, blue tiger’s eye.

Working Altar/Lord and Lady Shrines, March 2013

I gave each a bit of a cleaning and a new icon for the equinox. I’m always tweaking my shrines, a little at a time.

Bedside bowl, March 2013
Same bowl, but with a new icon for some work I’m doing. I suppose now it counts as a itty-bitty shrine, as long as I am doing that work.

Wherein the Hob Pretends He is a Smurf.
I had 6 of these last year, although never more than two at once, and all of them were taken from my yard. Since my neighbours are jerks, these two will live inside - my tomte claimed them pretty quick.

Equinox at the Wildwood shrine, March 2013.

equinox.

It is quite cold and quite windy outside tonight, with a sparkly crust of new snowflakes on all the other snow. But the moon is waxing white, and there are rabbit tracks all over the yard, in and around my little offering tree.

Spring? Not yet. But I hope a little, and nudge.

As always, we end our Etsy Tour with some of the fine offerings available at Witchs’ Cauldron Creations. Maybe you’ll find your own ‘Me Wanty!’ there. :>

A Council of Corvids, March 2013.
